About us
Altermatt Farms LLC is a family owned and operated business in Macomb, Michigan since 1960. Prior to farming at our current location, our Grandfather and his family farmed for many years in Warren, Michigan. We have evolved from primarily being a wholesale produce farm that shipped our produce to the Eastern Market, to a farm that now has a retail greenhouse, and a farm market where we sell our fresh picked strawberries and home grown produce.
